Anti-silver Enhancement

 LTW 

It can prevent the silver powder in silver paint from falling off and turning black, 

and can improve the hardness and scratch resistance of the paint film.

Used to improve the inner layer adhesion of different base materials to 

metal inorganics and certain plastic adhesion coatings.

Product Information：

 Recommended Dosage：

0.5% -2.5% of the total amount, 

refer to the experiment for details.

 Recommended Applications:

Aluminum powder coating system, alkyd amino baking varnish, 

acrylic amino baking varnish,  polyester baking varnish and other systems.

 Advantages：  

Significantly improves the adhesion of paint on steel, aluminum, galvanized steel and plastic,  

improving gloss and flexibility. 

Wide compatibility, anti-silvering, and increases the adhesion of paint to the substrate. 

Commonly used in coil coatings, container coatings, metal coatings, plastic coatings, 

galvanized iron coatings, and road marking  coatings.

 Use Instruction：

Due to the high acid value of the product (25), crosslinking of stoving systems may be catalyzed.  

The viscosity increase of the coating system during storage should be checked.

 Storage and Safety：

Adhesion promoting resin LTW can be stored stably for 6 months 

in the absence of light and moisture and below 25°C.
