Silicone surface additive for solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based systems. 

Suitable for coatings, inks, adhesives and room temperature curing plastic systems, 

strongly reduces surface tension.

Product Information：

 Recommended Dosage：

Add 0.1-0.5% to the total amount. 

For water borne and UV systems, up to 1% can be added.

 Recommended Applications:

Solvent-based, 

solvent-free systems, Ink

varnish systems,

Water-based systems,

Ink

 Advantages：

This additive drastically reduces the surface tension of coatings and printing inks, 

thereby improving substrate wetting and preventing craters. 

It also increases surface slip and gloss. 

In water-based systems, it improves anti- blocking properties.

 Use Instruction：

This additive has good leveling and smoothness,  but it is relatively stable in foaming when used in high viscosity systems or thick coating systems.  

Before use, a series of tests should be conducted to confirm whether the additive is stable in foaming.  

In addition, its recoatability and cratering tendency should also be evaluated.

 Storage and Safety：

The storage environment is 0-40℃, placed in a cool and ventilated place, 

keep the container tightly, and keep away from heat and fire.
